Bypass Rotameter is suitable for measuring flow rates in 50 NB & above pipeline. It is available in a variety of materials, carrier rings, impulse piping and Rotameter as flow indicator. Design Standard Conforms to ISO 5176 / BS 1042.

U tube manometer is used for precision measurement of pressure, vacuum, differential pressure, and flow measurement in plants and labs where certain accuracy is required. Available in wall and stand mounted.

Ranges: 50-0-50 to 3000-0-3000 mm WC/HG.
 
Inclined Manometers utilise expanded scales for fast, easy reading of low pressure- small differential pressure. The indicating limb is kept inclined to increase the scale length & readability of the Manometer. They are available in simple standard models as well as extreme precision inclined Manometer.

Range: 0-5 mm WC, 0-500 mm WC/HG
Single Limb Manometers   Vacuum Measuring Manometers
Single limb well type direct reading Manometer is used for the precision measurement of pressure, vacuum differential pressure flow and liquid level measurement. Available in wall and stand mounted.

Range: 0-3000mm WC/HG.
 
Mercury filled Absolute pressure U-tube manometer is used for accurate measurement of process vacuum in its last stage. A catch pot and Isolation valve is attached to the Manometer to protect it from dust, moisture or other sediments in the line entering into the Manometer. Wall and stand mounting type.

Range: 50 -0- 50 mm of HG, 100 -0- 100 mm of HG and 380 -0- 380 mm of HG.

A primary element for velocity pressure in air, gas or liquid flow, Used widely in measuring velocities and impact pressures of air conditioning systems, fan testing and liquid pump discharge. Concentric type and double tipped type pitot tubes are manufactured by us made from SS or Brass.

Pitot tube is a primary element to measure static and impact pressure, widely used to measure the flow rate of fluid in duct, velocity pressure in air, gas or liquid flow in air conditioning system, fan testing and liquid pump discharge.

The accompanying secondary elements are our well type liquid filled manometer. The scale of the manometer is directly calibrated in terms of flow rate of fluids as per Indian or British specification.
 
Orifice plates are primary element of differential producers for rate of flow measurement. Orifice plate diameters are precisions bored to exact tolerances. They have a sharp lead edge to assure extreme accuracy. Standard plates are 1/8” or ¼” thick 304/316 SS. They are mounted between a pair of special orifice flanges made of Mild Steel/Carbon Steel/Stainless Steel with the help of bolt and nuts, flange tapings, D1 D2 tapings and pipe tapings are provided depending upon the line size.

Side mounted Tubular level indicator is a reliable device for reading the level of liquid in the tank. Auto-shut of ball check valve arrangement provided for preventing liquid loss during glass breakage.
 
Reflex Gauges are designed specially to meet most critical requirements of petrochemical, Fertilizer, Pharmaceutical & Chemical Industries Involving inflammable toxic, High Pressure, High temperature liquids. Inner surface of glass has reflecting Prisms. Liquid Levels shows black in contrast to mirror like surface above.
Magnetic Capsule Type Level Indicators   Float & Board Level Indicators
Cylindrical float with powerful magnet moves with level in side metallic chamber. Level is indicated by a weighted magnetic capsule that follows the float movement. Capsule guided in filled glass tube attached externally to chamber.
Range: 300MM to 6000 MM.
Connection: ASA 150 RF.
 
Float and board level indicator consists of float, dust proof pulley housing, pointer cradle with nylon and 150 mm wide screen printed Aluminium scale. It is a totally new, reliable and accurate system for liquid level measurement in tall and overhead tanks.

Sight flow indicator is used where maximum visibility is desirable, available in MS/SS 304/SS316/PP/CS pressure rating 10 kg/cm2.

Window type sight flow indicators can be supplied with flapper or transparent/opaque liquid.

Mounted on the side of the tank, float position changes with the level which in turn with the help of magnetic coupling changes the switch contacts. Used for Automatic pump control high and low level signals safety interlock circuits.

Available in: SS 304/SS 316/PP/ Teflon coated Weather proof and flame proof enclosures of wetted parts.
 
Top mounted float operated level switches are suitable for automatic operation of pumps, given change over contact at predetermined level steeples adjustment of switch in point entire range without interrupting to process. Switch contact are hermitically sealed in glass, hence safe and totally protecting them from surroundings.

Available in: SS 304/SS 316/PP/PVC with Casing Weather proof/ Flame proof.
